William B. Bohling
William B. Bohling’s involvement and training as a mediator dates back to 1993. He was appointed to the state trial bench the same year and for ten years chaired the state courts' ADR committee. He retired from the bench and entered private mediation practice in 2004. Since then in mediating hundreds of cases, he has gained extensive experience in complex business, real estate and securities disputes, multiparty construction cases, insurance bad faith and coverage cases, malpractice, tort and product liability cases, as well as emotion-driven, employment, probate and family cases. Bohling’s many successes in resolving these disputes account for his reputation as one of the most skilled and sought after mediators in the state.
